About Lotus Circle and this website

Lotus Circle is an initiative of the Singapore Lodge Theosophical Society. The enquiry form on this website is currently disabled. You cannot submit information through it, and the website does not store form entries.

Contacting the Lodge

If you choose to contact the Singapore Lodge Theosophical Society by email or WhatsApp, the information you include in your message can be used to answer your enquiry. Those services handle messages under their own privacy practices. Please avoid sending sensitive personal details unless they are needed for your enquiry.

For questions about information you have sent through the Lodge’s published channels, write to info@singaporelodge.org. Sending an enquiry does not sign you up for Lotus Circle programme emails.

Website and external services

This website is delivered through AWS hosting. Its homepage can load a background video from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain; your browser may connect to Google or YouTube when that video loads. We have not added a separate analytics service to this website.

Links to Instagram, Facebook, Luma and the Singapore Lodge Theosophical Society website take you to services with their own privacy practices.

Programme photographs and personal stories

We may photograph some programmes and publish selected images on the Lotus Circle website or social media. We will tell attendees when photography is planned, where images may appear, and how to decline or request removal of an identifiable image. Attending a programme alone does not automatically grant permission for an identifiable photograph to be published.

We do not publish attendees’ personal stories on the website.
